Kaleigh Wiese

FOUNDER/CEO

Kaleigh is a creative force, problem solver, brand strategist and business consultant. With nearly 20 years of experience serving hospitality and service-based companies fractionally and at agency capacity, she has helped 1000+ businesses find their brand voice and attract revenue-generating customers around the globe.

Her career was reaffirmed in 2019 as she sat with the multi-generational redwoods of a rural property and realized the significance of her team's work: an ode to the past of the land and their integral part of its storied future possibilities.

Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and more. She has also shared her expertise on stages worldwide, and sits in positions of influence for the AHLA and MEWS.

When Kaleigh's not on the go, she is experimenting in the kitchen, vintage shopping or boating in Austin, Texas, with her husband Michael and their two rescue pups.

Sarah Ryan

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Sarah is the heartbeat of our team, ensuring that both major and minor tasks flow smoothly through our ecosystem. As a key point person for our clients, she continually seeks innovative ways to improve and support our efforts, driving fresh and revenue-creating opportunities. Sarah is also a proud MEWS deployment partner helping our clients find their systems to operate effectively.

When Sarah isn't cross-checking task lists, she's enjoying the beach with her kids in Fort Myers, Florida, and celebrating life with her dear friends.

Anna Crelia

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Anna is a creative director, strategist, and dedicated supporter. As a forever dreamer, she approaches this work intentionally to help connect our clients with their ideal audiences in unique and impactful ways, utilizing both digital and tangible touch points. A graduate of FIT in NYC, Anna ran her own hospitality-focused business for over a decade before joining our team and leading our creative initiatives.

When Anna isn't running analytics or creating mood boards, she's enjoying a vodka martini on a patio and spending time with her young family in Fort Worth, Texas.

Randi Reding

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Randi is a multi-disciplinary creative, dedicated to crafting both visual and written representations of ideas. From hand-sketching details to photographing spaces that showcase our clients, her unique perspective allows clients around the world to shine in their uniqueness and vibe.

When Randi isn’t shlepping a camera or doting on her two pups, she’s indulging her love of cinema, diving into books, savoring coffee, and enjoying sweet pastries in Texas.

Jenny Messer

ASSISTANT

Jenny has deep roots with us, starting as an intern back in 2015. Today, she has a fingerprint on all that we do, stepping in wherever she can to support Kaleigh and always is advocating for team culture and growth. Jenny excels at supporting others and is a cheerleader to many.

When Jenny isn’t working, you can find her listening to a podcast with her dog, Banana, or adventuring with her flight attendant girlfriend, Nora, from Austin.

When Kelsee isn't working, she's excelling in other areas of life and supporting her loved ones, including her two dogs, daughter, and turtle in Nebraska!

With over 300 events under her belt, Lauren’s portfolio reflects her versatility and dedication, from intimate gatherings to large-scale, multi-day events. She passionately helps organizations surpass financial goals through her innovative event concepts and seamless execution with a marketing lens.
