Kaleigh Wiese
FOUNDER/CEO
Kaleigh is a creative force, problem solver, brand strategist and business consultant. With nearly 20 years of experience serving hospitality and service-based companies fractionally and at agency capacity, she has helped 1000+ businesses find their brand voice and attract revenue-generating customers around the globe.
Her career was reaffirmed in 2019 as she sat with the multi-generational redwoods of a rural property and realized the significance of her team's work: an ode to the past of the land and their integral part of its storied future possibilities.
Her work has been featured in The Huffington Post, The New York Times, Architectural Digest, and more. She has also shared her expertise on stages worldwide, and sits in positions of influence for the AHLA and MEWS.
When Kaleigh's not on the go, she is experimenting in the kitchen, vintage shopping or boating in Austin, Texas, on her 1966 houseboat Sunshine Machine with her husband Michael and their two rescue pups.

Sarah is the heartbeat of our team, ensuring that both major and minor tasks flow smoothly through our ecosystem. As a key point person for our clients, she continually seeks innovative ways to improve and support our efforts, driving fresh and revenue-creating opportunities. Sarah is also a proud MEWS deployment partner helping our clients find their systems to operate effectively.
When Sarah isn't cross-checking task lists, she's enjoying the beach with her kids in Fort Myers, Florida, and celebrating life with her dear friends.
Kelsee Hollenbeck

Kelsee is the type-A mastermind behind the scenes, ensuring our ideas come to life. She manages countless tasks, organizing details to support fulfillment, inventory management, and sourcing goods from all over the world.
When Kelsee isn't working, she's excelling in other areas of life and supporting her loved ones, including her two dogs, daughter, and turtle in Nebraska!
